Site Supporter Problems?

Looking for some advice please, I used the text message method for being a site supporter for the first time, when I tried to renew for the second time by the same method, I never received the proper code and only been receiving constant spam messages, which tbh was freaking me out!! I’ve since blocked these messages coming through.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing? And I’m slightly concerned about paying with my bank card.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated

Thank you x

I've never had any problems paying by bank card over the years. I wouldn't worry about it OP. It's a pretty safe way of paying and it's only a one off payment. Hope you get sorted x

Oh my god I thought I was the only one!

Because I hadn’t seen anyone else complain about it I assumed someone had signed my number up for something as a ‘joke’ but it’s bloody annoying!

I block the numbers OP and don’t reply to them saying ‘stop’ or whatever (which is usually what you’d do) as they charge you for it.

That’s what I’m expecting in my bill, charges or something like that. I reported it through the correct way, nothing was done though

Ive done the same and yep nothing came for it. But fab is literally the only thing I pay for through my phone number, and whenever I update my pass I get the spam messages. Got charged about £38 the first month because it gave me the option to ‘stop’ the messages, but they just kept coming. So as soon as I get one I block the number, and they stop after about a week, until I renew my pass

We've always paid via text and never had any issues with it.

I have no idea why you 2 are or any advice to offer.

Not had any drama with payment, the only bug Ive noticed is that the option to delete your photos from the message when its read doesnt work.
