"Morning all, so have a sore lower back now for a few month, doc looked at it for litetally 2 seconds says it might be atheritus, dont think it is, but anyone got any tips to ease the pain. Sorry it's not a sexual post lol " Had serious issues with my lower back for a long time. Turned out my left leg was an inch shorter due to a twisted pelvis. Had lots of massages and chiro visits to address the symptoms. However, after a course of physio treatment, I've been relatively pain free since addressing the underlying cause. Good chiro or physio will help you out. Good luck! | |||
