Looking for boudoir/erotic photographer

Not really sure if I’m in the right group, sorry if I’m not!

Looking to tick some things off my bucket list, and one of those things is a sexy photo shoot.

I’m looking for a confidence boost, haven’t been feeling very sexy lately. Ideally amateur photographers, not just someone with a camera phone.

Can’t accommodate so please bare that in mind.

This isn’t me looking for a freebie, happy to discuss payment etc based on experience and quality.

I think you're a brave woman posting this on here. Lots fancy themselves as photographers.

Have you looked for boudoir shoots online? It's on, Groupon and Wowcher often have deals for these.

I'd be very warey of allowing anyone to do that on here, you don't know what they would do with the images or what their motives are. Yes it might be fun with the right person but a random would be a bit of a risk for me.

Apologies if I'm being a bit negative. I could be wrong!

I would suggest looking at their work and reputation and speaking to them directly and meeting them to make sure you’re comfortable with them before doing a shoot. This keeps you right.

as a photographer i have to say meet anyone who offers and look at previous work to see if you like their style then take it from there if you dont click then all you have lost is a the time over a coffee

I do plan on vetting them, I’m not going to just turn up and some rando’s house for it.

I’d like to look at shots they have done previously and I would want the SD card from the camera so I had control of them. But I would discuss this and come to an agreement with whoever

I do appreciate it and it’s nice to see people watching out for each other!

Two bits of advice for you then.

1. Make sure their not recording images to a second card.

2. Make sure they're shot in JPEG and not Raw.

Done it in the past with partner. He sent us his website link, mostly family portraits and the like so we could see he was legit. Then made sure his camera was card free and we supplied it then took it after the shoot. He had a wee play for his troubles but he was good and got some nice shots.

Agree though, lots of chancers out there.

Aviemore and regularly visit Glasgow

I just did a shoot with Obscura Lumiere in Glasgow and he was great. Just search that online and you should find his website.

Sorry no disrespect coming from a guy and sure other decent guys will say the same .Have a guy who you trust with you or a lady and make sure after pics you pay for the photographer destroys the original pics .Dont mean to scare you but risky! And you are young and certain guys will tell you shit so be careful hun
