I've only really seen the posts where women are complaining about dicks pics as being predictable, boring and a bit much attached to a first message...or any message for some. I think the more disparaging and derogatory remarks are usually always reserved for women's genitalia.

Know what you're saying though, every body part of a man or woman has been slagged off in some way on here.
