I used to work with a fellow Fabber. We both knew, acknowledged it and it never bothered either of us or make anything awkward.

Did ask a guy of a couple who’d been round to ours to do some decorating. Came round to quote then shat it.

Not work for them or me but lady who is married, privated messaged me as I work beside her sometimes and pre warning me as she is on this with hubby and I used to show face and she said be careful as at least another 3 ladies at work where on this lol , she did tell me who privately they were and I would certainly would not go near them anyway so was much appreciated what she told me plus informed me of other ladies and couples on this to be aware off as quite new to this she does chat privately like majority of us and she has been on this a few years now so she does knows and met quite a few .I trust that lady with my life , pure sound lady and if reading I don’t think it’s a good idea lol
