I know it's father's Day and there are many wonderful dad's.

However this post is for all the women of fab who go it alone. It's hard and we need appreciation today too xx

I agree with this. Some kids are better off without their dad if the dad isn't interested.

I agree with this. Some kids are better off without their dad if the dad isn't interested.

Agree with this but it’s still hard for kids to accept they are not a priority to their dad and that’s when mums have to step up to reassure them they are special. (Can happen in reverse too) x

I know a girl who had a one night stand, got pregnant and never let the guy know that she had a baby boy. The boy is 14 now and the dad is still unaware he is a father. I thought this was cruel both to the man and the boy.

Despite our differences I will always respect the unbelievable job my ex does day to day raising our boy...single mums are super heros!!
