So going through who's near just having a wee look. Click on a profile that I've never seen and it says I'm blocked by user. How is that even possible when I've never viewed them before

Would’ve thought if they had blocked you they wouldn’t have shown up on the who’s near. Maybe it was a fake/spam profile that had just been removed

Never understand the anguish over blocking. If they've no intention of meeting you then at least this saves wasting any time. Just move on.

On a previous thread I highlighted that a female was under the impression I had block her but I baden and when I tried to look at her it looked like she blocked me think there might be a bug or as others have said the person just not interested.

Agree with this, if I'm blocked, then saves me the time scouring thier profile trying to think up something original as an introduction, or follow up. What's the problem?

it happens to everyone at some point.

it doesn't bother Me, if I stumble across a profile that has Me blocked I just block them back (so they cant remove their block and peek at Me)

I use the profile notes function more than block. I generally only block for shite/rude/offensive messages or being pestered when I've already said no thanks..

If I've blocked someone I haven't had messages with it means they have something offensive in their profile name or blurb or they've been ..

1, bigoted 2, phobic

3,an utter tool on the forums or a combo of 1,2,3

But some people will just block as you have absolutely no interest to them for whatever reason... just return the favour and move on

Who knows...maybe it was your wife who blocked you and doesn't want you to know that she is 'on' to you.

I’ve had a similar situation to this too.

For the record I’ve only got two people on my block list and neither of them are women or couples... it was two really pushy guys that would not take “no I’m straight” as an answer.

So if anyone sees my profile and thinks I’ve blocked them... I haven’t
