We send out a wink occasionally not often but do receive them but only wink or message back if they have profile pic and pic on show. You can’t wink back if you don’t have anything to wink for

We respond to winks if those that winked us is in our preference. Not all though we would necessarily want to meet.

We always thank them for the wink and if it is someone we would want to get to know we will let them know that we would like to chat.

If not in our preference, then we ignore winks as they’ve obviously ignored our profile.

Yes that's my understanding, it's a non intrusive way of showing an interest. I like the site as lots of features even if I don't use them all, it keeps versatility and variety
