How would you react if you found someone filming you on their own phone sucking their cock without first asking permission? Knowing that film could and probably would be sent to other people? This happened to me.

This after leaving a lasting impression (size 6) on his bawsack.

That's shit OP. Do you know if he's circulated it?

Believe it or not my master walked in and saw him filming and told him to delete it then took his phone and deleted it for him. There are numerous meets recorded on his phone, some of which were sent to me without my request with peoples faces in so I’m sure mine would have been circulated to others. But according to him I was wrong and should have clearly stated “no filming” before any meet started?!?!?! Let’s just say he was asked to leave there and then!

What happened was wrong but if he'd sent others folks videos to you without consent you knew what he was capable of.

Chalk it up to experience and hope his next shite is a hedgehog

I have been on the scene for a good number of years and have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect from a guy. If or when I do videos they are on my own phone and no faces and I ask permission. Valuable lesson learned! Just glad it was spotted in time

He's got previous for circulating videos. It could have ended up on Pornhub or the likes. Maybe needing to retrieve his Iphone from his balloon knot would make him think twice about trying the same shit with the next person he meets.

You know what OP, despite my earlier comments, it's easy for us to say "I would have done this, or done that". In the heat of the moment anything can happen. It's done. Don't beat yourself up about what you did or didn't do. He's a fucking scumbag.

No.

But if some clown thought it acceptable to film me without my consent and I caught him, there's a good chance I'd completely lose my shit. If Mr, or my master were there, I'd bet money the guy would be leaving the meet minus a few teeth at the very least.

Things happen in the heat of the moment and in the above scenario I think instinct could take over. I'm not saying it would be worth an assault charge....I'm talking about what could possibly happen when emotions are running high and someone you care about has been sexually exploited and taken advantage of.

Yes I have read the thread, you have said " I don't understand grown adults thinking that punching fuck out of someone is a solution "

I then expanded on the point and showed what I think is a fallacy in your point/argument.

Do you concede that there are circumstances that "punching the fuck out of someone" is a perfectly reasonable thing to do?

Edinburgh

Completely off the original topic but on the subject of punching / kicking the fuck out of someone, I will be honest and say that I cant think of a situation where that is acceptable. Ok I get it that in the heat of the moment when blood rushes to the head that people might lose control.... but to actually make a concious decision about doing that is just wrong.

Too many people have the view that punching someone or beating them up is a way of teaching a lesson. Fine they might think twice... but one punch can kill a person. You dont know what that punch might actually do.

Thus endeth the serious point.... i am off to look for some happier banter chats....

I don't understand grown adults thinking that punching fuck out of someone is a solution

So if some one attacks me, I should just stand and not defend myself?

Have you actually read this thread?

Yes I have read the thread, you have said " I don't understand grown adults thinking that punching fuck out of someone is a solution "

I then expanded on the point and showed what I think is a fallacy in your point/argument.

Do you concede that there are circumstances that "punching the fuck out of someone" is a perfectly reasonable thing to do?

No

It's never reasonable "

3 years ago while I was in my house with my 2 kids someone entered my house without permission, I heard a noise down stairs and when to check it out to find some one ine my kitchen who I asked to leave at this point he tried to attack me, so I punch a kicked that utter shite out him then phone the police, what your saying I should have let him attack me while politely asking him to stop and leave

No...but I'm not gonna go around acting like a thug

So what would you do to discourage this man from repeating the behaviour? Or is it simply the next unlucky woman's problem?

Well if he'd sent me videos of others I wouldn't have gone to meet him.

Would you?

No.

But if some clown thought it acceptable to film me without my consent and I caught him, there's a good chance I'd completely lose my shit. If Mr, or my master were there, I'd bet money the guy would be leaving the meet minus a few teeth at the very least.

And if your Mr, or your master, ended up with an assault charge...still worth it?

I’d have taken his phone to the police. Distributing porn without consent is breaking the law. He should’ve been charged. No need for violence. If he’s sending it to others, you’ve no idea where it will end up or how many people see it.

It can quickly escalate if 1 person sends it 2 people, they send it to 2 people, etc.

Personally i think any behaviour like that towards women should be acted upon , whether by instant justice or reporting it , so as to deter it happening to others. Saying its not your fault what happens to women after you walk away is worse than the people offering instant justice. In my opinion only of course.

I don't think the term toxic masculinity is applicable or appropriate in cases where you're talking about an intruder in your home with your children asleep upstairs or your partner being sexually exploited. An innate, primalb human reaction would take over for a lot of men (and women). I think there's a distinction to be made between that reaction and the stereotypical male "toxic" behaviour.

The only example of male toxic behaviour I see on this thread is the entitled prick who thought it acceptable to film a woman without her consent.

Creepy the things people admit to wanting to do to people when they feel it's socially acceptable to do it.

To address the original question - I do believe it's illegal to share pics/vids of others now and the OP should have been asked if it was ok. People are people of course and yes you get arseholes everywhere (no pun intended). The guy was way out of order and he shouldn't have video'd her or she should have been allowed to say to delete.

In regard to violence of any kind, in an ideal world it wouldn't happen but of course we do not live in an ideal world. When we feel our safety compromised (even if it's finding out someone has done something like filming us without our permission) then the body produces adrenalin (known as the "fight or flight" hormone). This readies us for speedier and therefore potentially life saving action (run for your life or fight for it). It's produced at other times too, for instance watching an exciting sport or sex. I think most people could resort to violence of some kind IF THE SITUATION WAS PROVOCATIVE ENOUGH (like Jason's). We all like to think we are civilized but the veneer is very thin...

It’s not her fault at all if the guy does it to someone else! There are literally hundreds of women have something horrendous happen to them, haven’t reported it and the guy has gone on to do it again .... that is not their fault it is his pure and simple!

Saying its not your fault what happens to women after you walk away is worse than the people offering instant justice. In my opinion only of course.

Knocking fuck outta someone is retribution, not justice.

No, you're wrong.

Using one form of toxic masculinity ( resorting to fisticuffs) to deal with another ( as per the original post) is nothing short of silly

I was talking about the definition of justice and retribution. They are wrong.

Your opinion is not wrong, i don't agree with it, but it's still your opinion.

So to further expand on this topic, what is the correct action to take if someone physically attacks you. In your opinion?

Thanks for allowing me an opinion

And for manexplaining that retribution and justice are different things.

The OP wasn't about being physically attacked, neither were my earlier comments

Can you take that back, you have assumed my gender!"

Well you claim to be a man at least

"How would you react if you found someone filming you on their own phone sucking their cock without first asking permission? Knowing that film could and probably would be sent to other people? This happened to me.

Contact the police, this is illegal.

I did say they should take his phone to the police.

So, in effect, steal his phone?

I can't see that playing out well either

Your right just let him keep the video and post it online whats the worse that can happen, am sure it will not lead to any mental health issues or embarrassment

A criminal record is the better outcome...obvs "

only if the person reports it

Are you for real?? You would really roll over after someone has videoed you without your consent, leaving you open to go knows what, potentially threatening your private life? Pat him on the head and say 'there there naughty boy don't do it again?' Seriously?!! I'd smash his phone into a million pieces, that would be my natural reaction. Steal his phone?! Hilarious.

Why do you keep saying proper men, I am saying how I would deal with the situation at no point did I say other people should follow suit we all have a decision to make in the heat of the moment and thats how I think i would react.

I think they wouldn't call the police as they have broken the law as well and would end up getting themselves charged.

I am bored with this one now have a nice night

Ok so you ARE there. This is a meet that has videoed you, without your consent. What would you do? This could happen to anyone, yes even you. So what is your reaction?

"If

That's a bit violent

What's wrong with just asking the guy to delete it and then just leaving?

And if he declined your request to delete it. ?

I'd leave

Leaving him to do the same to another woman ?

Yeah youve said that already, your solution is doing nothing. Just let it happen to all his future female victims. Its not your fault after all . "

You know what. I’ve read plenty of your posts and no doubt I’ll get a ban for this, but you’re passive aggressive wee man that twists arguments. A man who can dish it on here but can’t take it back.

What you’ve done there is straw man the argument by making a point that few could disagree with but isn’t the point being made. ‘Punching fuck’ out of someone isn’t self defence, it’s retribution. But hey, it’s fun to pretend you don’t understand that when you’re trying to get one over on someone you don’t like on here. It seems to be what you do best.

1st i dont see this discussion as an argument, clearly you do ??

2nd if ive point a point that cant be disagreed with then hopefully i ve made the point in a way that others might agree, without using terms like wee man lol.

And 3rd and lastly, where have i ever said i dont like wellinever or gave her abuse or slagged her. Yes i disagree with lots of her posts and challenge many of her posts but how can i dislike someone ive never met.

Now onto you my friend. Im nearly 17 stone so terms like " wee man " i take as a compliment

Feel free to have a pop at me , your not the only keyboard warrior on Fab.

Feel free to make any other points that you wish , its always an open forum but using the term " wee man" lol it does nothing to strengthen your point. Honestly lol.

Edinburgh

Simply put it’s a matter for the police.

Capturing anyone on video without their explicit consent and keeping hold of that video is illegal.

I know there’s a taboo about taking such a matter to the police but you’d need to trust their professionalism with this one and let them do their job. The fact that you met on a “sex site” or that you were performing oral of your own free will has no bearing on the issue. Your privacy rights have been breached and you are protected by this in law.

The police could seize his phone, check to see if the video still exists or if it’s been shared and if it has been, the man would be charged with an offence and could be looking at a court appearance

Sorry but.

I'd say 99% would not go to the police from a fab member.

But it is a wake up call to all that bad shit does happen on here.

Report him to police-they aren’t bothered how you met.

And to fab. But they’ll not do much
