Face pic requests

Has anyone else ever been blocked due to issues with face pics? Was chatting to a couple and they requested a face pic of me which was sent by PM. I always set mine to auto-delete after receipents read the mail / log out. They read the email, didn't reply and then didn't reply to an email where I joked it must have put them off. Aboyt 2 hours later I get 2 emails from them. They are complaining I have deleted the pic and must be really impatient and as a result am "not for them". When I went to let them know its a setting to auto-delete pics I found I'd been blocked! I don't want lots of fabbers who ask for a face pic having one in their inboxes for ever, especially if we don't meet. Am I being unreasonable?

The problem is with them and not with you so just continue with what you are doing and whats for you wont go by you.

Maybe it was only the guy of the cpl chatting and was waiting on his Mrs to look at your pic?

Loads of reasons.

Wouldn't worry about it.

I got blocked on face pic Friday after sending my face pic so I wouldn't worry about it. Fannies everywhere and not the good kind!

The reply accompanying the blocking was a bit abusive / aggressive as well - so much for one of them advertising as a submissive, lol.

Anyway, thanks for the replies so far. Feeling more chilled an hour or two later!

They're definitely out of line.

Fwiw though we never use the auto-delete when sending face pics as we know from experience that on a couples account both parties could be reading the mail at different times so only one of them will see it/them.

What rips my knitting is... after a few messages to and fro, your then asked for a face picture, which is absolutely fine, but when asking... the natural response or expectation is to exchange. So why not send one when asking to start with?! If I'm asking... I’ll ask with my face pics attached. Manners really.

Unless of course they have the fear they’re chatting to the back end of a bus...

Chat...then if you think there may be something in it then photo...then meet. No one then has to meet a munter as you so call it because you will have seen a pic before hand. You might have wasted a little of your time at the beginning but, I dont see the point in giving ever guy who requests a pic a pic if your not even interested in chatting with

Just complete twats to be honest! We sent our face pics to a woman after she initiated swapping pics. We’re maybe not everyone’s type but we’re not unattractive by any means. She seen the photo then blocked us without replying even after we’d been exchanging messages for a while. Spoke to another couple who are friends and she done the very same to them! Rude shits everywhere

I don’t mind munters. Especially if they’ve clean hair and a bubbly personality. Actually prefer them. Although I realise using the word munter is wholly inappropriate

Edinburgh

When people are behind a screen all manners and basic decency go out the window.

Messages exchange. A “do you want to swap face pics” message comes in. You go first being a gentleman, then sometimes (not always) you just get blocked. A simple, “you’re not my type” will do. Don’t even need to send the promised reciprocal face pic.

We normal just say straight at the beginning we don’t send face pic until we have had a good chat . I mean over a few days on and off even week or 2 . So everyone is clear at the beginning. Only swap pic if we think we might click and possible meet in the future .

Tbh I am getting used to it .start chatting to folk ,then they want a pic ,then it's del or block .

There are a few Hiden gems in here that meet .but also the way I see it even if you meet any one for a social or meeting ,does not guarantee sex on the cards x

That is pretty shit if you're up front enough to send a pic and don't even get a "sorry, not for me" in return. Fair enough if you turn into a complete pain in the hoop, then you're getting blocked.

Don’t think the OP is being unreasonable.

What really annoys us is when you chat for a while. They send pics, You send yours then your blocked without so much as a ‘sorry you’re not for us’ reply. A lot of rude or cowardly people.
