Thankfully not. Someone on the forums along time ago suggested taking Echinacea capsules to prevent colds. I now take one a day and the only cold i have had in 18months was when i ran out and never took a capsule for 7days.

Yup, 5 days in - body temp going nuts, head feels stuffed with cotton wool, throat being sandpapered, cough that breaks bricks at 5 paces and to top it all - muscle cramps in legs and hands.
