Excess alcohol makes you dehydrated so maybe their body parts just want to get wet ?

I think it’s something to do with the body not dealing with testosterone when d*unk then when you sober up your body is flooded with it? That’s why it only happens to men ! ... I may have been fed a line though

Googled it

Apparently it's due to a "alcohol myopia" which causes you to focus your behaviour on your immediate environment and its stimuli. Also explains why if you're already feeling down, the booze will make it worse.
