Some twenty years ago - When hubby introduced to me all the finest foods of scotland..

i know they stopped making it a long time ago but one that i remember was cremola foam.. im sure raspberry was my favorite ??

was browsing thru ebay and seen another version called Kramola Fizz !!!

they seem to have sold quite a lot of tins of this stuff and i wondered if anyone had actually tried this new version..??

anyone tried it ??

and whats it like with vodka

Thanks but they stopped making the real cremola foam years ago..

they stopped making that much that they actually lost the recipes for the original cremola foam..

read on a story that someone had found some unopend tins that were sent to a lab by some company hoping to recreate the original cremola foam..

seems the copyright holders wont sell them the name - so its called krakatoa foam/fizz insted..

just wondered if anyone had tried this new version thats been born..

more north lincs than mids!

I have some in my cupboard that a lovely couple on here gave me. It's nice but nowhere near as good as the original.

I've got half a dozen tubs in various flavours, and it's excellent with vodka.

I've got Krakatoa Foam. It's really good but don't think anything will measure up to original as think it was full of lovely now banned E numbers!
