Waste of time

I just spent 2 hours in the gym, first hour with a personal trainer and second at a spin class then ruined the hard work with a chippy on they way home

Whats your favorite wast of time ?

(and no reading my post doesn't count)

First off you need to find an honest pa that wont keep you coming back! The only way to lose weight and stay healthy is a life plan. Of course support to go with it. I.mist say I'm.managing fine abalone though its great. Lost 3lb in 2 days doing mu own thing

I'd expect it's worth every penny though. That's a justifiable expense for the physical and mental benefits.
