Funnily enough, I'm the same. Been lucky enough to slim all my days, and whenever I think there may be a little gut appearing, a few days exercise /walking seems to do the trick.

Oops, should point out that I've never been pregnant.

Middle aged spread has definitely hit me over the last two years! And I hate it!

I know I only weigh 7.3stone but sometimes I feel huge!

I have hummed and hayed over changing my body description to average, but seeing as average nowadays is really a size 14 and I am only a size 6/8 I don't know what description to use

for sure before my boy I was 91/2 stone went up.to.14 now back down to.10.5. We all change children or not. Learn to love what put have everyone is unique and beautifully
