I was friends with a bi guy who went once there and it was a sleazy dump full of desperados and sleaze balls.

He never returned.

The place was a Shithole and it has taken alot of work to make it half right. Dirty damp and entirely painted black. It's colorful light the electrics have been fixed heating being fixed walls replaced and skimmed hopefully opening soon
