We have all heard people complain about getting no replies to messages or about the content of the messages they receive. But enough about what not to do. We all have our own things that make us click...... but what is the thing that is most likely to make you reply......

funny messages are a bit hit and miss tho.what you find funny some might not?

Had a few crude messages where the guy thought he was being hilarious where I thought he was just crude.

Interesting to hear that to some its not about the message but more the profile. I always thought the message was what persuaded people to look at the profile...

On a side issue..... is it just a time of the day thing? Or are there masses more ladies and couples from the Glasgow and Lanarkshire on here than from the East (or anywhere else for that matter)...... or are West Coast girls just more fun with their chat on here.

Never made an effort with the profile really. There is definitely more west coast forumites anyway.

Exactly. but if the person receiving the message finds it funny it's a good start. If not then you can use as a filter if you have different sense of humour. I love a bit of banter but not everyone will get my humour. Hope that makes sense
