Half my wages went on gigs years ago and saw loads of great bands. These days i would rather sit at home in my pjs watching bands on You Tube whilst drinking coffee. Must be getting old.

i Haven’t been to many gigs over last few years anxiety gets better of me but I do have a season ticket for Scotland rugby so I know all the folk in my section and easy access for me from car park and I worked at Murray field for years, gigs at hampden again I could handle them as I know the stadium

Inside out. Really fancy pink and Lewis capaldi though just need to hope my pal gets the box for these gigs

Well I was on the presale, wasn't going to pay £65 to sit and watch, so held out for general sale when standing tickets are released. Hey presto, all gone immediately, and then up on stubhub at £110 each.

Balls to that I reckon. Shame

TFT, these concerts would sell out to genuine fans anyway so why the need to get these parasites involved. It is simply to get the money in as quick as possible because they know fans will stump up away, someone is making a lot of money out of this.

Thank goodness some artists like Ed Sherrin are taking a stand on this.

True, you’ve probably got a point there.

Yeah I'm a big fan. This'll be my 6th time seeing them now. As you said, top live band and such a great back catalogue

That was fun. RBF never had crowds that size in the UK back when they were actually cool!

We saw Bon Jovi in Dublin for my birthday this year. Awesome!

Also did solo trip to see Boyzone farewell concert.

We’ve booked for Whitesnake/Europe/Foreigner in June 2020

Periphery was sold out already, so I missed that one - hope it was good!

Will probably go to that Dream Theater already mentioned above, tempted by Wage War in Jan/Feb (forget the actual date right now), and I am going to Testament/Exodus/Death Angel in March!

Steve hillage at the swg3 was superb, and the support act Gong, who also performed as his backing band was excellent. Great ambient rock music.

Periphery were great, although they were better the last time they were here. Good gig though.

I gave up on Dream Theater after The Astonishing - which is truly terrible. Seen them many many times across the UK until that point.

That is a classic Thrash line up you are going to see with some Testament lol Enjoy

Hah, the new album has some great songs, but yeah the few albums before that weren't my favourites either. However, they were great at Download this year - and I will turn up every time I can to hear any stuff from Metropolis, Pt 2 or older

Gutted to have missed out on Kevin McDermott, considering The Silencers but it is the night after I’ve got Goodbye Mr Mackenzie and I’m old and struggle for two big nights out in a row.
