Is that the one with lavender?

I use a wee bit of the essential oil on my pillow at night. Seems to help.

Try an app called headspace. It promotes mindfulness and calm breathing techniques. Good to help you sleep or relax you when feeling stressed.

I’m going to pass this to my Mrs as it sounds like something that could help.

I stick on a podcast and lucky to hear 5 mins before sleeping lol

You can adjust the time for as long as required. I do 5 or 10 minutes but it can be set for longer!
