So it’s everywhere all over social media at the minute, what are your thoughts ?

All these millions of pounds being raised to resurrect it in a matter of hours yet still millions of kids in poverty all over the world ! I personally feel the money raised would be better spent elsewhere, It actually makes me feel sick tbh

Grenfell raised over 18 million which only two and a half million have been dished out.

I'm sure that's raised thru our taxes. The point is that half a billion dollars has been raised overnight to basically refurb a church. If that kind of money is available and people freely want to give it away then surely it should be on ending homelessness child poverty and finding a cure for cancer etc.

I find it funny considering the vatican is worth trillions (no joke) heard someone say if they floated themselves on the stockmarket they could buy the world twice over and still have change BUT money has to be raised to fix any church up etc rather than saying its cool weve got this
