A great feeling, as I know ever diehard fan must feel! The champagne is on ice right now. Its also so nerve-wracking too as the league is so tight at the top.

Anyone else in the same position as me with their footie team?

Please don't turn this post into a slagging off one. It's only a game at the end of the day

I've got friends in Sheffield and they're all huge Blades fans, I've been going to see them for over 20 years now, there's still a few twists and turns in this to go.

It's the most fascinating league in Europe I think.

I hope we pip you, but good luck!

I don't think you've got any worries there. I'm still biting my nails when I watch Leeds as they haven't been consistent as much as they should be. Losing unexpectedly.. But hey, that's football for you!

always had a soft spot for Leeds since the Revie era ,am a Celtic Fan but I’d like to see you going up . , .....hopefully that Scottish effect of pulling defeat out of the jaws of victory is no longer prevalent in Elland Rd

You’ve got the great Barry Douglas in your ranks it’s a pity he got injured though.

My team I despair it seems it’s a bit to little to late as they say it’s the hope that kills you lol

Very true. Leeds have great Scottish links.

I'd agree Sheffield United do to: Naysmith, Weir, Devlin, McNulty etc.

And a special mention must go to Paul Coutts, who just 6 years ago was playing with Cove Rangers and now he's on the cusp of the English Premier League. (Applause)

I am hoping this is the year. But that championship is brutal. No easy games

Living near Yorkshire in the 70’s and with the amount of Scots in the team I did and do have a soft spot for Leeds. Hope they do it. G

Went down to leeds for a stag do with 9guys last year. 4 of us went to the leeds qpr last game of the season and have to say was a great experience to see one city backing their home town team. And a win helped aswell.

My team, too. Obviously, I'm hoping they make it - and that they can stay up. Fingers crossed.

Same here. They were the bulk of our squad at one time. Grew up with them and endured plenty of slaggings for it when they slumped. Remained faithful. Always will.

Was disappointed they lost Chris Wood but they have got a good bunch of players and a great manager.

They had a long line of dud managers but didn't give a few of them much of a chance

This was never going to be as simple as it seemed with 4 games to go.

90 minutes in the Championship is a lifetime, regardless of opposition and placings.

Pendulum, swung. Back over to the Blades. This will go down to the final 10 minutes, of the final day.

I wouldn't want to be Leeds now.

Part time Wednesday fan myself, due to my time studying in Sheffield.

That's said, Leeds are far too big a club to be in the Championship. The Premier League will be better with them in it so good luck.

Lot of my English family are massive Leeds fans.. Leeds have a history over the last few years of throwing it away near end of the season. Its like they can't afford to go up due to massive cost of new players on high value contracts.. But fingers crossed they finish 2nd and not have to go through the playoffs

I think if they had access to the TV money our teams get they would be another Hearts/Hibs.

And I’m a Motherwell fan for my sins lol

Sorry to pour water on your red hot fire, but, I sense Leeds will blow it and won't go up this year, it looks like they have run out of steam.

It's unfortunate as I would love to see them back in the Prem.

My 3 to go up are Norwich, Sheffield Utd and Villa. Hope I'm wrong.

Well we all know that anything can happen in the game of football but I was gutted at the result and feel we may have blown it. The play offs can be brutal and I don't see the top two dropping points now.
