Ok..you can change one thing about yourself..only one and it can be physical, emotional or personality.

What's it to be?

Me probably lose a stone in weight.

I know much to the disappointment of the height post I'm happy with my stature

Lose 2st, Already lost 2 but seem to be stuck at 14st and struggling to get down any more.

Got the Ayrshire Social on sat then from Monday after I'm back in the gym to give it one more big push.

I'd have more will power.

Then I could make all the changes I need more easily.

Weight loss and having more confidence would be the obvious first ones but more would happen too
