Hard to explain. You should get one and try for yourself. I love mine!! Don't use it often, but if it comes out (always along with my rabbit, or even better have another person with me - never use it on its own) it's more intense than anything else x

their actual purpose is to open out and relax the sphincter in preparation for anal sex...
