I like going for drinks and meals with Fab friends. I have also shared weekends away, climbed hills and been to the beach with male fabbers. No harm done and i always go half on all expenses.

I would never ask or expect to be wined and dined or taken away for the weekend with anyone I’ve not met before or that I’m not already good friends with.

If I was asked (by a good friend) then I would certainly offer to go Dutch or they pay for one thing and I pay for another.

My weekends away have bn spent with Fab friends from down south who have driven for several hrs to spend time with me or male friends from here who i have travelled down south with to attend a clubs or parties with. Everybody is different in what they choose to do and should never be judged for doing so.

Hey that is a totally unfair comment to make. I have never let anyone spend money on me for sex. Any costs are always halved. Once someone bought me perfume as a gift but that was under £20 and he never bought it for me to get sex in return he bought it for me as he was kind hearted.

Doesn't have to be a shag, could be a social. You make it sound like it's a meal in return for a shag.

. That wouldn't be a given in my book at all.

So if I had a nice meal and some banter and a laugh and there was no shagging agreed at the end of it it'd still offer to pay, but that's just me. I get not all women would be comfortable with that and some would rather pay their way. But if she saw my ugly mug in real life and couldn't stand my "banter" and said not a chance in hell to a further meet I'd still pay for her meal and not demand she pays for what she ate!!

I have met ladies for meals, I have taken a lady with me on work trips but payed her meals,yes we have had fun after, I have bought gifts for people I have long term meetings with, I have been offered services for money from people on this site which I have declined,as if I want to give a gift I will not give one if I have been asked to. I like to be nice for the sake of it not for what I can get out of it .

I don’t personally feel comfortable with gifts but then I feel awkward getting gifts from friends family bf etc I’m not used to it yet I’m someone who’s always buying gifts for people, it can even be the silliest of things like kinder eggs or a bottle of bubbles, quirky gifts etc to some really extravagant gifts but then I hate when I’ve got money in the bank lol it makes me nervous and I just want it spent

Its usually me who buys the gifts i was brought up to be kind and pay my own way through life. If somebody picks me up from my house and takes me to and from a club or party i will buy them a gift of some sort as know they wont accept petrol money. Afterall they have saved me train and taxi fares and precious time which is always appreciated.

Yup this is me too, and I just like giving folk a wee boost and letting them know they’re appreciated and thought about at times, I was always brought up that you never go calling on someone for the first time without a little something ie a pack of biscuits/cake if someone invited you round for a coffee etc I’m also a bit of a feeder lol if I know someone’s feelings bit under weather I’ll pick them up some wee essentials or make them some soup etc

some think this is some sort of dating site and expect the same rules to apply , wine dine and a peck on the cheek then on the next may be more . POF and other sites are getting lame and now folk are coming here thinking they will get the same .

It's always happened on here, it used to just be folks asking for Site Supporter Passes, but recently it has been really OTT.

I've seen people with status updates asking for money towards cars and house deposits, weekends away and other extravagant things.

The thing is there are people out there willing to pay the cash and such, and it's really just an extreme case of "You don't ask, you don't get".
