Well its that time of year again, yes the start of the 6 Nations tomorrow. Cannot wait especially as Scotland's first game is against England - hoping its going to be a good game and we can get a good win under our belt, the lads have been working hard and were in buoyant mood this afternoon at Murayfield.

Edinburgh will be hoaching the morrow night so watch out

.... yep I'll be in the warm, watching the snow fall outside and realising it was worthwhile buying an HD TV... lol

Haven't decided who I want to win yet (queue hatemail!) I'm more English than Scottish... but so's Andy Robinson.

Would rather be in Aberdeen sharing scones and ... and stuff!

... well England didn't win ... Scotland lost it - but that's the great thing about rugby - just 'cos you should have won doesn't mean you do win... ho hum

AND Scotland upset England a few times when they were going for the G slam.

and plenty of other piss poor sides have got results when they didn't deserve them..... look at the welsh in the 70's....

Yeah your right, England had a good defence but brought little else to the game, Scotland were strong, good defence, Denton had a great game, Parks had a shocker (FFS Laidlaw should be first choice surly) we did everything we could but just could not get over the line, really in need of a prolific try scorer.... Visser eligible in the summer so I look forward to see his impact.

Sadly in the end England did not make the mistakes and gave little away in important areas. Basically we had too many errors and one complete F up that cost us the game.

Disappointing yes, there is hope with the likes if Laidlaw, Denton, Jones all coming into the team and if we can get the right attack coach (Michael Bradley HINT HINT) then I think we will be almost there !!

moved to cuckold land

looked like two teams fighting for to aviod the wooden spoon.

England no coach but no change still boring bash rugby same as we see in English league every week.

Scotland same old same old cant finish off breaks and score tries as no one believes their team mate will make the break and support always ends up with huge gap ball carrier isolated chance goes and usually ball lost too.

Hope todays game serves up better fayre of attacking rugby

I have decided I'm french for the season. Won't support Scotland until they get rid of Parks. For somebody who has played 67 games and only 266 points, he is a shocking investment! Get Laidlaw and Jackson on more often, and get the Ozzie off more.

Denton is my new hero, thought our backrow was going to let us down after the oldies got injured, sat on the bench etc. but he pulled the scrum together perfectly!

Allez le bleus

p.s. going to the france game with fam, they are all going for scotland, I will be waving a baguette

More of a round ball follower than the odd shaped one but the similarities between Scotland football team and Scotland rugby are the same.

The best form of defence is attack something both sports at national level lack sadly, what happened to the days of getting the sleeves rolled up and getting stuck into the opposition, its all technical shit nowadays.
