As I have said on a previous thread about hotels:

Have to say that from my experience CitizenM has to be the worst value for money in all the hotels I’ve stayed in.

Me and a friend stayed the night here before in what was supposedly a double room. There wasn’t enough room to swing a cat let alone a swinging meet!

If I remember correctly the difference in price from including breakfast and not including it was around £35.

The room was well over £100 and even more if you wanted to include breakfast. For around the same price you can get a Premier or Holiday Inn with breakfast included and a large double room where you can chill in comfort.

If your not fussy on room size and want to save a few quid then for less than £50 you can get into the EasyHotel about 10monutes walk away and it’s isnt much smaller.

That’s pretty much what I’ve heard from many people hence I’ve never bothered with it

Citizen M is quite a sexy hotel. It was once good value so small rooms were acceptable. It’s not great value anymore and you could get somewhere like the Hilton with much larger rooms for under a tenner more per night.
