Nothing stopping a guy to any of that should he choose. I think in general women invest more in "maintaining" themselves.

Let's be honest... 58 is what 40 was a few decades ago. The film Shirley Valentine, if made in 2019, would have Shirley at age 60. Women our age are having spray tans, getting our eyelashes done, our legs waxed, buying sex toys, running races and experiencing much better orgasms.... Even though our free bus pass is just around the corner!

It is all about keeping fit. You can’t help a few wrinkles or grey hair but you can try to stay reasonably slim although you have to work harder at it as you get older. That applies to men and women over 50.

Aberdeen does have a lack off ladies looking for over 50's and that's due to most off the ladies up here being under the big 5 0 , there is a few couples who look for the occasional single gent but again in my experience they usually prefer to meet couples.so best thing to do is head along to your local Social which will be Dundee or further as Aberdeen rarely have Socials these days.

I still keep fit, my knees are fecked so my road running is down to a walk, I still do all the rest of the stuff I used to do

I don’t come in here as often as I used to as I’m now looking for a particular thing.

If I want to meet someone for sex I know a few pubs and clubs I used to work the doors where I’m still welcome.

Seriously those in here over 50 whinging about not getting meets maybe need to up your game and try a bit harder.

I'm nowhere near 50, though I'm specifically here due to not wishing to put in any effort. I'm lazy, yet vain.

The over 50's crowd irl always come out with the same - 'my kids are your age'. It's such a let down.

That’s so cruel to give them such hope lol. I do understand it. I just don’t like to accept it It’s not even about taboo tbh, I just genuinely don’t find women within my age range to be as attractive. It’s a tough life.
