The magical world of movies.

Who needs real life when you can go sit in dark room for a couple of hours and tell the world to f**k off

Health and family. That's all you ever really need when it boils down to it.

Getting into the gym more, losing weight and my neice and nephew. They give me life!

Just don't seem them nearly enough.

Suppose the rest of my rag tag family aren't to bad either.

And a few people I talk to on fab make me smile on a regular basis.

That quite a lot, why am I such a grumpy bastard!

Running is making me very happy just now.

My training is going very well and if I can stay away from injury I could be set to run pbs over various distances this year.

I've got more good than bad going on in my life and I have a strong family and friends network who get me through any negatives.

The most exciting thing for me is that I am in the final year of my degree meaning I get to do a job I love. I am quite proud of myself as I am a single parent to 3 boys, work full time and study full time so looking forward to no more studying after September!!

I'm going to a feminist talk at the weekend with my daughter.

She sold it to me with the 'free prosecco'.

This makes me happy

Started Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes on Monday. Got a black eye and friction burns on my feet already, but it's still a lot of fun and I really enjoyed it

Thank you but are you trying to give me heart failure!!

I will need a break after this to relax but who knows what the future holds as there are other areas I might want to study further in relation to my work.

I've actually had a really shitty few months. I'm often very far from happy at the moment. However my boys doing well and being happy makes me content.

The comfort from having good friends who have my back and make me laugh is also amazing.

So while it's been tough going I feel quite blessed too

I love this post

Its been a mixed bag for me. I was around rock bottom 3 year ago now I'm looking forward to being free from alcohol and drug addiction exactly 2 year this Saturday!! Its been a long hard amazing journey Currently doing up my first home to move in next month sitting here in fittest physical and mental shape ever it's fair to say I've much to look forward to that wasn't guaranteed before. Lifes never perfect and neither am i but I'm very happy and grateful to even be here still and i hope anyone out there struggling with life when times get tough remind how fortunate we all are just to be here. Its always important to stay kind to others and honest with you're efforts karma will pay you back in unexpected ways ..Peace and blessings
