Photo Verified... 1 for the ladies

... does being 'photo verified' make a scrap of difference to anyone?

... or is it just a meaningless stop gap before 'verified by other users' status?

personally i couldnt care about photo veris.? Only interested in real veris showing that you actually met that person. Auds.x

I look at the pictures on folks profiles, i never assumed they meant photo verified that way(slightly confused)but no i dont go by the photos but when i do meets i do tend to do a Veri for those i actually meet i guess,and i go by the persons attitude and stuff...if you know what im getting at i regularly confuse myself lol when trying to explain.

Also to me if your taking pictures of everything your doing in that time where are you actually getting the time to play when instead your posing every 5 mins lol for a photo

I like seeing the photo verification tick as it shows they have made an effort....

It doesn't influence who I will meet though....

Photo verification is when you send a pic of yourself holding a piece of paper with your username on it to admin....Gives you the green flag at top of profile...xx

aye... and there's the rub!

I think I'm a fairly decent sort of bloke - unlikely to be mistaken for johny depp - but breaking your duck can be difficult... specially when there are more sheep than people 'round here!

I look to see who has verifed them by meet not by talking on phone plus after we have talked for a while as see what they like then maybe meet

Do what alot of other people have done to get themselves verified, including us.......... by attetnding organised socials, going to a club etc. We have our reasons for only meeting verified people, which is, more often than not unverified people that we have arranged to meet have been timewasters and don't show with no call off or reason. This is only in our experience.

to me photo veri's only mean admin have a base pic to check for additional pics being of the person.

prefer real meet veri's even if they are only social ones

Thanks to all who responded - as I thought - Photo Vers just prove that the person isn't a total fraud and that they are prepared to let admin see some sort of photo evidence...

I'll take on board all the advice offered here
