Over a week since ive seen MSD , we decided Fridays would be date night couple of years ago when the marriage was getting a bit mundane and it certainly spruced things back up. Xx

The results are hit and miss and there appears to be a correlation between the amoint of wine consumed during application and how much I resemble a walking shite the next morning

Well that was a great idea. Got my winter tyres off inn Friday and as always. It snows. This has to be the coldest bike run I have ever done. 12 miles in just over an hour and it’s back into the bath for me.
