Pancake day today

How do you like yours

I love Nutella of course

But today maybe let's go for some nice vanilla ice cream, some warmed mixed berries, a little drizzle of honey mmmmm

Strawberries and Nutella for me though might be tempted to go buy vanilla ice cream now

Proper pancakes here, no crepes for the sugar and lemon thing. We had maple syrup on ours for a change. Might try and make some savoury ones for dinner later...

I wasn’t well and the kids made their own !

So nipped into Aldi there what a joy that was and bought four packets before I left the kids to finish the shopping as I wasn’t feeling too great, as mums not well and she’s not cooking I said buy your own dinners make what you want as apparently they don’t even like my cooking these days anyhow and when I say there’s plenty microwave meals and get we hate microwave meals ! Guess what they came home with ? Yup microwave meals lol

Anyhoo hopefully tomorrow I’ll have my premade Aldi pancakes and golden syrup
