Nothing fabulous sadly. Wade is working so I'm on my own with the tiny humans. Once they're in bed... Leg lifts and sit ups until I can't move

Lying flat on the floor and lift both legs so they're straight up, lifting your bum and tilting legs towards your head if you can. Works the lower stomach muscles x

At the moment just a coat hook

it was my first time doing it outside of a teaching setting so I just wanted to stick to basic stuff

thankful I had people around who could keep me right and offer advice. Hounestly best feeling ever haha its so relaxing
