I've not done spin or body pump classes this weekend and so far I've resisted wine tonight

Deffo getting a nice bottle for tomorrow night though

(and back to spin class next week)

finally bed time after a date with my eldest (lego movie and McDonald's) and home to get her to bed and then cuddles on the couch with Wade before he's back to work for a week and I'm all alone in the evenings again and on the forums

Nature or Nurture?

Dunno, they both had a pretty fucked up upbringing but I also recall reading that Fred West had a brain injury as a teenager which impacted on his behaviour.
