Chilli pineapple just googled it all I can find is chutney

1 fresh pineapple, cored and cut in to rings.

Fresh chilli of your choice, amount is to your taste.

Sugar.

chop your chilis up really fine, or whizz in a food processor with your choice of sugar. You can add some fresh basil if you like. Take your pineapple rings and dip them in the sugar mix, covering both sides, then pop them in the oven until all the sugar has crystallised. chop and add to pizza.

If you would prefer caribbean style, use brown sugar and jerk seasoning.

See this put me off that completely, when I was about 12 I had ramming and pineapple and was ill the next day wasn't because of the food but since being ill after it has just put me of it
