I know the biggest problem in Cjs is availability of a room and they have 6 rooms excluding the dungeon. One of those rooms being a couples room with 3 double beds, a sex swing and a seat of some sort and another of the rooms being an open room with a bed and 2 sofas. I know it's a private party and not cjs so not trying to compare the 2... " I've also been at CJs where the play rooms weren't being used at all and downstairs was full, so you can never really tell what's happening on the night. And there is most likely a 4th playroom as well, with a dungeon being set up. For any musicians that fancy a turn, there will be 3 guitars, (a Fender Telecaster, a Gibson ES-275 Archtop and a Brunswick Semi Acoustic), a Casio LK-50 Keyboard and full drum set to have a bash at too. The acoustics in there are great and the dance floor will easy be comfortable with 20/25 people on it, with this leading to: The Main Living Room The main living room, (that has a Brilliant log fire), is 9 x 4 M, with comfortable seating, so room for plenty in there too. For anybody who fancies a bit of outdoor fun, (weather permitting), there is more than half acre of totally private gardens, (my closest neighbour is more than half a mile away), plus a wood to the rear, so hopefully, all tastes will be catered for and everybody will have a great and sexy night…

The dungeon will be in the double garage that is accessible through the utility room off the kitchen, with me currently having a large St Andrews cross to uses as a whipping post, a stocks and spanking bench being joiner made that I’m assured will be ready for the party. There will also be what I call my Cuck Cage, (a large wire dog pen), and a swing BDSM harness hanging from the ceiling.
All the 3 upstairs bedroom available for fun are large doubles, (with working locks on the doors), a double bed in 2 of them, a double and single in the other and there is a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs.
For anybody who fancies a bit of outdoor fun, (weather permitting), there is more than half acre of totally private gardens, (my closest neighbour is more than half a mile away), plus a wood to the rear, so hopefully, all tastes will be catered for and everybody will have a great and sexy night…

"Without trying to sound negative here.... wouldn't it be a bit crammed in the rooms if there are an expected 50 people and only 3 rooms to use? I know the biggest problem in Cjs is availability of a room and they have 6 rooms excluding the dungeon. One of those rooms being a couples room with 3 double beds, a sex swing and a seat of some sort and another of the rooms being an open room with a bed and 2 sofas. I know it's a private party and not cjs so not trying to compare the 2... I've also been at CJs where the play rooms weren't being used at all and downstairs was full, so you can never really tell what's happening on the night. I tend to go to these things for the social bit and just see what happens on the night. And really don't see it happening all 50 people will want to head into the bedrooms at the same time x
Wow Cjs play rooms not being used that’s crazy every time I visit we need to wait on rooms lol like half the night unless we go as soon as open might get room no problem what nights are they so quite?
Be good just to get right in there sometimes or maybe I am too keen haha

Hi,
The party is at my place, and as Pringle says, space won’t be a problem, it’s a big house, the sun room alone big enough to get 50 people in seated, let alone the other rooms.
So far, the intention for the layout/format is as follows:
Sun Room
This will be for the disco/karaoke & dancing, with a professional PA/karaoke system, 1,000’s of tracks for people to choose from & plenty of Sunfly Karaoke disc for any budding singers. For any musicians that fancy a turn, there will be 3 guitars, (a Fender Telecaster, a Gibson ES-275 Archtop and a Brunswick Semi Acoustic), a Casio LK-50 Keyboard and full drum set to have a bash at too. The acoustics in there are great and the dance floor will easy be comfortable with 20/25 people on it, with this leading to:
The Main Living Room
The main living room, (that has a Brilliant log fire), is 9 x 4 M, with comfortable seating, so room for plenty in there too.
Chill/Smoking Room
For safety and comfort reasons, smoking will not be allowed in the main house, but as a smoker myself, I hate having to go outside for a fag, so my office, (4 x 5 M), will be the chill/smoke room, with comfortable seating, good ventilation and again, a log fire.
Kitchen
The place has a big traditional Farmhouse dining Kitchen, and by then I’ll have a dining room table with seating for 8 round it and the music from the Sun Room being piped through to here, with as Pringle has said, this is likely where quite a few will congregate and chat.
Back Patio
The back patio, (as is the double garage/dungeon), is accessible through a utility room off the kitchen is around 6 x 4 meters, is totally private and that’s where the hot tub is. At this point, I’d like to thank Pringle, DeefDoddus and Subguy1967 for their contribution to making tomorrow night happen and be the good night for all we aim it to be, with Pringle not only managing the guest list and party promotion brilliantly, but also being there for practical help too, DeefDoddus being so beautifully friendly and practical, as locals making me feel so welcome, and Subguy1967, ( a total star if ever you need a craftsman joiner), who’s done an amazing job of turning a vision of our perception of interesting dungeon equipment into a reality for guests to enjoy if that rocks their boat, together with having his own garden domain, a Tepee with a log burning stove that he can entertain in too - I thank you all for your contribution to what I hope will be a brilliant night for all who come here.
Roll on tomorrow night, for the fun to begin, I can’t wait
