It's not a gloryhole per se, but I believe CJ's dungeon has a kennel-crate with a hard top, meaning that anyone inside could enjoy whatever was thrust between the bars without being able to see the owner's face - and vice versa. Would that help?

Yes, but CJ's have rules about conduct/misconduct in the dungeon, maybe we should ask them for a gloryhole room
