Private notes on fab, I find are invaluable

I don't use my hotlist as no one is listed on mines but if I was goinf to use it I wouldn't add anyone to my hotlist if I disliked or didn't want to meet them, I'd just block and make a note about them on private notes

I know a few people will have a laugh at this, but after seeing the main-forum post about this, I had a status up asking, and removed my age-limits.

Sadly to say in the space of 8 hours I didn't get a single extra message. So filters back on and status was removed.

Think a bit of common sense must prevail here, obviously that person is stating about snopping. If the person had blocked someone then they would know they are blocked and thus they might bump into each other at a social or a party and be quite awkward.

Regarding someone saying using hotlist as who to avoid, I don't really see the point, id either block or if I didn't want to block, I'd just add on the private notes about them.

You could add someone on the hotlist and use it as people you don't want to meet but it wouldn't tell you why so in 6 months or a years time you might not remember

Should be a like option for profiles, I either hotlist profiles I like or message them if their profile text is exceptional .I've messaged a few females/couples to tell them their profiles cheered me up and they were a stunning couple or female. All in a genuine friendly way.
