Slept naked almost entirely up till a few years ago nowadays I often wear pjs to bed though owner loads to kick about house in and always slept windows open and hardly any covers now I’m snuggled down under covers can’t regulafe my body temp anymore because of health issues

I couldn’t even imagine sleeping with clothes on. I seem to wake up feeling fresh when I’m naked but when I wear pj’s or clothes (shorts n t) I always feel grogie, warm and generally shite lol
