"I know this isn't exactly what this site is for but a collective mind is stronger. So I've kinda been out of action since summer 2018 due to my eczema, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or advice to help me get my skin back in good condition so I can start enjoying myself again. Any advice is appreciated. P.S to save time I'm currently on the uv treatment, and use aveeno and 50/50 at nights. " I suffered badly from scorriasis for a long time , tried all the creams and shit on the market to no avail. Ended up buying a UV machine for my house and never looked back. Its NOT recommended by docs as im now at risk of skin cancers but im finding im hardly ever using it now . Keeping the condition at bay means minimal use. Dont confuse this mc with sunbeds. Your looking at 5k price tag and need just over a meter square space in your home. All medical advice will tell you NOT to do this though. It was simply a quality of life issue for me so my choice. This is not advice just what i done.

" Unfortunately the weather isn't a help but sea bathing was always what my family did with me during excema flare ups. Salt in your bath water helps but sea works best x
