I'm not a pyromaniac but the smell of wod burning as I drove to work this morning took me back to my childhood. Remembering all nighters on a Friday night, building a campfire with friends, a few bottles of Merrydown Cider, (probably the "Buckie" of my days). Having a good laugh and then permanently "borrowing" a few pints of milk from various doorsteps in the neighbouring "posh" scheme... Simpler times... Wondering if anyone else has a "smell" that does this for them.

Warm homemade bread.

Takes me back when as students we used to stop at the baker's at 4am after a night out for some freshly baked warm croissants on the way home...

Just remembered....White Musk from The Body Shop...everybody used to wear it at school then my wee Gran got a whiff and decided she was getting in on the action. Don't even really like the smell now but occasionally spray it if I'm in a store to remind me of her.

Glasgow

Totally predictable, but the smell of the sea and the sound of crashing waves. Miss living by the ocean.
