Nah I'm actually struggling to think... An island lilt is definitely pleasing to the ear though. Anyone well spoken but still clearly Scottish and without an upward inflection at the end of every sentence is a winner really

Off subject a wee bit here but I’m a fan of the Glasgow accent in terms of being fun and funny with specific wee responses and phrases, the ironic “aye that’ll be right”,always has me laughing.

I worked with a bunch of guys from Dundee, years ago, and would have been greatly helped by having ceefax subtitles.(Yes, it was a while ago.)
