"Its an old fitness plan about ten yrs ago I did a similar plan you start with 20 pushups situps burpees starjumps squats and lunges then add one a day it definatly works if you stick to it." Think I'll stick with the planking for now. I do the rest at my circuits class and once a week is enough of them for me | |||

Plus, there's a glorious one day and one half day a week where I only have the tiny one and can walk for miles with the buggy might even use the jogging buggy for actual jogging V x | |||
