i work in a hotel at night there are less staff so its more noticable. you would have more sucess meeting during days or early evenings. at night they count revenue and want you to pay for guests if its beyond a set time

I had a nightshift part time job in a wee hotel in Glasgow two years ago, those who brought others back for fun stood out like sore thumbs, because I now see how easy it is for staff and other guests to spot it, we dont hotel meets

I'd think though that most are not allowing guests to stop people staying for free. I think there's a hotel at the st Enoch centre that does rooms per hour but not 100% certain....I bet they allow guests haha

Not really a hotel person myself, i find appartments much more homely, discreet, and offer better surroundings for entertaining.

The only time i would book a hotel would be if it were only a. n other and myself.

When we've done hotel meets, both couples have booked a room each. So hopefully cutting down some of the suspicious looks lol! (and allowing a peaceful nights sleep after! nae snoring!)

But we've also said at reception that our friends are staying, when perhaps booking a table for dinner!...........I just wonder if their CCTV caught us all going into one room for a cpl of hours in afternoon then into the other room in evening lol! .......Or the time where we switched partners for some sep room fun! BUT I'm sure theyknow fine whats going on!

Haha, I was off that night, and when I went in the next evening I was asked if the people I'd arranged rooms for were swingers!! Apparently there were a few groans coming from the rooms and a guy with his trousers off roaming about the hallway!!

Not to mention the fumbles caught in the lift camera haha xx

You pay for the room there, not the amount of people

You pay for the room but only up to two adults and two kids and even that depends on the room type.

You are not paying for 4 or more adults.

id not worry to much about the cctv. just keep the fun to the room. security dont sit n stare at the cameras all night long. they only scroll back if anyincidents arise.

Likewise the only way you would draw attention is if you were more than a bit merry and abusive to staff then you stand out the entire stay.

I often stay in hotels (some years I spend more nights there than in my own bed - but that is work)

In the usual business hotels there is not a problem if you are confident and look as though you know where you are going. Late night it is best if you have a room key, so I usually get two so I can give one to any visitors.

I've only had one Hotel Meet and didn't have any bother but that said I wasn't the one who had booked the room. I suppose It's easier if It's someone single you're meeting though as you can just book yourself in as a couple.
