Location would probably depend on where everyone is travelling from. Aim for a meet in the middle type of set up. Conic hill is on the list for the new year.

Was planning to do walk some of the West Highland way this bank holiday.

.

Conic hill is one of my favourites- easy ascent for a spontaneous walk, especially at sunset

As Billy Connolly once said. There’s no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes! And if you are waiting for good weather in Scotland, it could be some time away.

If any of you are up to helping, This gentlemans dog went missing on Beinn Dubhchraig the other day.

UPDATE: Boston has not been located today and we are looking for people to meet us at 8am at Dalrigh car park, Tyndrum on New Year's Day to help us search again. Weather conditions are looking better tomorrow and we'll be doing a search near the foot of the mountain. Please share and please join us tomorrow so we can bring our wee lad home.

Wish i had seen the post about the dog sooner as would have sent the drone up. Been quite involved in dog rescues last year. Takes the meaning of dogging to a whole new level when you balls deep in snow in minus 12
