I had 2 last mince pies (little ones W's granny had made) with the last of the extra thick double cream yesterday. I nearly came it was so good

no I dont think there is a right or wrong way to have them, you just have them how you like but hot with ice cream is how I like mine

But my discovery this year was baklava from Lidl it is lush I may have bought a few more boxes
