Get rid of them ASAP. Looks like they are ready to go into administration.

Hardly surprising

You can get Spotify for a few quid each month with unlimited streams of thousands upon thousands of songs so why would you spend £12 on one 12-track cd album.

They almost went bust a few years back but were given a reprieve but lessons still haven’t been learned with regards to pricing. They were charging £22 for novelty mugs a year or so back which could be picked up online for half the price

HMV put the indies to the wall many years ago so I’ve little sympathy for them other than the workers on the frontline. As with most failed big corporate businesses the people upstairs will be looked after alright

It’s probably worth checking that the vouchers may still be valid for many other stores such as Waterstones and Game
