Cut or uncut?

After some trips to the hospital I was asked the terrifying question if I had anything else I wanted looked into and finally blurted out about having phimosis and now on a waiting list while still deciding.

Im horrendously self conscious so it's something I've always tried to hide but where better than to ask people that don't know me for their opinion.

How do women feel about cut/uncut and have any guys been through the process?

Not really bothered as long as it's kept clean

Keeping clean is never a problem, it's the anxiety

Personal experiences I've only had a tiny bit of anxiety when playing with an uncut as there's no skin to guide you other than that it's fine

Healthy is good, so do whats best for your health. If it needs cut, it needs cut. Do it for your poor strangulated peepee..

It still works but don't feel very much most of the time, biggest problem is I start over think and then get anxious

Not into boabys but to state the obvious the only person that will have a problem with it is you, thats what anxiety does.

You'll prob find just as many women that prefer cut over uncut.

The majority wont care.

Try not get yourself worked up about it mate, the main thing is it still works

From my point of view, I'd say cut but that's my preference.

Really don't care.

I'm really very against circumcision of infants but medical need is a totally different thing.

It's all far more about how you use it anyway

Had it done in my late 20's, as you can imagine, lots of anxiety, pondering why something that was meant to feel great according to all your buddies of similar age etc, yet it tripped me up, the pain with it(years prior to having it sorted i mean).

Very sensitive and fragile for a while after, salty baths etc help speed up healing(maybe diffrent advice after surgery now).

I had it done in my late 20's for medical reasons.

I know this thread is about preference, but I thought I'd chime in with a little advice.

Once you're all healed it's fine.

Don't jump in with painkillers any time you feel a twinge, I think I had a total of 3 in my recovery time.

When you take the compress off, make sure you're in a bath of water. I did mine in the shower and taught myself how to swear that day.

Even after the compress is off and the stitches have dissolved think about using a condom for 3 or 4 weeks, even with your regular partner.

Provided you don't have any underlying conditions, you're basically clear to "use" it again two weeks after the operation, but better to be safe than sorry.

I had mine done for medical reasons and once you heal up and figure out a new angle to pee it’s all ok , I even feel like it’s gained some girth and length aswell.

For the first few days it’s best to sit down to pee as it will be like a shotgun version of a supersoaker until the swelling goes down

dingwall, Edinburgh, Manchester

I've heard of a guy needing his cock cut off because he didn't wash and keep it clean, got all infected, with the result that most of it had to be removed

Thank you for all the advice and I will definetly remember to posh pee for a while lol.

Also horrified to hear about such a lack of hygiene to require someone's manhood to get the chop literally lol

Over there

Can I ask if it is the procedure and healing or the end appearance you're worried about?

Had it done as a child for medical reasons - (like to delude myself that my cock outgrow my foreskin )

Having an unsheathed member for most of my life it has become less sensitive so it's great for stamina but can be harder to achieve orgasm through sex so it's swings and roundabouts.

I don't think women in general are too bothered either way or at least I've never found it to be the case. Variety is the spice of life after all.
