Im no expert, like everyone i give it a browse on tinternet n learn bits n pieces.

Alcohol is essentialy,,,a depressant(thats the feelin shite generally part).

Headache, thats mainly the dehydration thats gone on while you slept and your liver was workin away battling to process all the alcohol,because liver and other vital organs were workin away while you slept(badly),you wake but your tired? Your tired because you've given yer body loads of stuff to sort out inspite of sleeping.

Water to re-hydrate, vit c, and somehow replace salts(fry ups must boost salt,im guessin).

This is close to ne I'd heard of in the past.

The basics are that your body craves sugar and fat, so the fry up ticks off the fat bit, and is filling. Old-style Irn-Bru ticked off the sugar, no idea how well the new one helps though.

I've a couple of friends like you who've never had a hangover. They often wonder why I even bother drinking as they know I'll be unavailable the following day, good for nothing and wishing the pneumatic drill in my head would just feck off.
