Best cold remedies.

I'm sick of hot toddiea, chicken soup and vicks on the sole of my feet, (a proven remedy). Any other things I should try? Any females fancy giving me a sponge bath?

Fresh apple juice mixed with water half and half ratio and go to the swimming pool for a sauna. sweat it out, but keep hydrated.

Hot honey and lemon drink for a sore throat - proper honey and lemon, none of the lemsip stuff.

Steamy shower with a minty shower gel does wonders for sinuses.

I recently started with this and it’s defiantly made a difference. Even if you take it once you have a cold it will quickly rid of the symptoms.

Hot bath and a cup of tea. Only drink hot drinks when I have the cold and it works for me
