Iceland frozen curry. My guilty pleasure. Kids having burgers. I cook proper dinners all week so at weekends we eat crap.

Last night it was a Mac and Cheese toastie for dinner.

Sounds kinda plain I know, but it was a 3-cheese sauce which was nice and thick, then like the Breville's of old I buttered the outside of the bread to give it a more toastied look.

Was pure yum!
